Very unhappy. You need to get your systems and people in sync. I did a check in through the phone app. I showed up on time, checked in with my cell number, and was next on deck. They then proceeded to take two people before me. When I complained, they said they didn't know I was there, (even though I had checked in, and even though they never bothered to call my name.) During a previous visit, they realized that your system had me under a different name (i.e. Al H) At that time they assured me they would combine the two into one so there would be no further issues. Obviously, they did not do that. When I check in on-line, I show up as Albert H. When I check in at the store, it shows me as AlH. So I go to the end of the line. I give up. I now go to the Sports Clips on Route 11 in Cicero. Never any issues there. You have lost a customer forever. You really need to get your act together.

Got my hair cut and beard trimmed by Jess. Amazing experience. I will definitely be going back and asking for Jess. She is awesome.
